1. Achieve sales target.
2. Strengthen the relationship with existing customers to increase the sales & market share.
3. Map potential Customers to generate sales leads through various sources.
4. Channel with partners to grow the business in given region.
5. Understand the customer requirements, respond to commercial & technical queries from customers.
6. Develop and formulate a Sales strategy and implementation plan to grow business in the defined market.
7. Understand the focus on customers’ applications, existing competitor offerings and pain areas to leverage sales and be willing to continuously learning.
8. Prepare proposals, present our products/services, negotiate, benchmark with competitor and conclude the sales.
9. Identify communicate to the marketing team about the marketing platforms like exhibitions, seminar, product and corporate presentations and new product launch for visibility.
10. Support the field service as and when required.
1. Diploma and above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. More than 1-2 years for working experience in sales. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
3. Experience in solutions sales selling.
4. Experience in test equipment & measuring tool field.
5. Team player with strong technical and communication skills.
6. Service oriented with good command of spoken and written in English.
7. Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
8. Good interpersonal, organization, presentation, and communication skills.
9. Self-motivated and hard working.
10. Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
